Hi all
Bought this a short while ago as a project as the Mrs wanted her own van. Unfortunatly due to a change in circumstances we're not going to be able to get it sorted in the near future (we already have a 72 crossover so its not a problem.)
I have the log book in my name, its on a S reg as it was first registered in the UK in 1978. The log book states 'registered/used overseas declared manufacured 1971'. Taxation class Historic so tax exempt.
It has a 1600 twinport engine which runs but the exhaust is blowing (can't see a hole so probably just needs some sealant or a gasket). The brakes work & i'm able to drive it up & down my drive.
Its got 4 very good tyres & nearly new shocks.
There is no key for the vehicle & its been hot wired to start it.
As per the pictures its going to need quite a few panels & quite a bit of welding. Couple a parts of the chassis need welding but overall its good. Front beam good to. Boot lid quite rotten as well as the lower windscreen (to much to list see photo's)
This is not a drive away vehicle it will need to be go on a trailer.
This is not a 5 minute fix it will need time & work but to be honest I've seen alot worse for this sort of money.
£1100 no offers, a non returnable deposit of £100 will hold the vehicle for you. Needs to be moved by the end of January.
Viewing no problem days/weekends/evening via appointment.
Van is in drive but under a cover (one of the clear perspex panels in the roof is missing)
If the links arn't working let me know please
