have managed to get a 2.0 engine twin carb complete and box.but it is from a t25 W reg aircooled to go in a 72 bay.anyone done this before and any handy hints.the engine is complete with all ancillarys.... and box. also all engine mounts for above.is there anything else to get for the conversion as i still have access to the van if i need any more parts.cheers  :?: :D

I have similar, but with twin choke progressive carb, which I found impossible to set up properly untill cut an access hatch above the engine, the panel and the fixings around it will be usefull if you ever contemplate similar. and not sure if the rear engine bar is the same mountings to the frame, would get any bolt on bits here as well.

If it's a '72 crossover you shouldn't have too many problems as the engine should just slide in to replace what sin there at the moment. If it's earlier you will have numerous problems ie tinware too small, different support bar etc. So it depends whats in there at the mo :?:
