Afternoon all,
Currently got my carb off to repair the bushes - on stripping down they don't seem to be plastic, unless they're plastic with a thin metal sleeve? Has anyone removed metal bushes from the carb before to replace them? I've got some replacement bushes waiting - There is a load of play in the spindle, it's caused a bit of leakage and I think accounts for the erratic running I've been experiencing.
I've also got some 34ICT's ready to go if it's not worth re-bushing the solex... Is it worth getting rid of the Solex or repairing it?
