Would it be considered safe to run wheels of these width (or 4.5") on the front of a bus - or is a bus just way to heavy etc?

(Am thinking in terms of 911/944 steel wheels)

Thank you :)

I run 4.5"s on the front of my bus without any issue. :)

i think 4.5j split bus rims look awesome on slammed early bays, give a great inset if not using a narrowed beam too... loads of people are running 165/50 tyres on buses with no problems and they fit really nicely on 4.5 or 5j wheels.
