Hi I'm new to this forum and early Bay.com as I found it searching for info of my Devon bay interior. My interior has been changed, botched, screwed and sawn over the years but I'm trying to put it back as was. I have found many pics of the interior but can't work out what the 2 table tops join to to make up the bed base(see pic attached of the decimated view in my Van I have an aluminum strip that i think the table tops clip into but can't work out where it fits, any info would be greatly recieved Thanks Jon

Hiya,

Mine has two ways of using the tables for bed layout.

1 Lower sleeping position- the buddy seat back is pulled up and off, flipped over to bridge the gap between the buddy base and rear bench. And then using 1 table top it bridges the gap nearer the sliding door by a short @2" ali strip on the front lip on the right of rear bench, with the two short table legs @25cm screwed into the bottom table.

2 Top sleeping position- Over engine bay draws are pulled out into van by 6", rear seat flap (one with the @115cm ali strip on) is then let down to rest on them. 2 tables are clipped into ali strip and the four longer table legs screwed in.

Or try this link to a Devon Manual http://www.specialpatrolgroup.co.uk/spooky/devon/cover.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I hope this helps..!! :)
