Microsoft in their infinite wisdom have made changes to hotmail.com, live.com and outlook.com email accounts. There have been lots of complaints that email received from legitimate sources are going straight to junk/bin, ours included.
This is happening to our emails to you both sign up and board emails.
Please add [email protected] and [email protected] to your safe list. You will need to manually select the email and mark them as not junk or through your account controls manually add our emails to your white/safe lists.
Please also be aware we have a policy of approval for the first post on ALL new accounts, this is an effective anti-spam measure that is working well but it will add a delay until a site admin can approve your first email.
