Can anyone recommend a decent air compressor worth buying? I only need something small but good enough to do small paint jobs etc.
Any good deals anywhere?
Cheers, brett

I got a twin V sealey 50L, perfect for smallish jobs using an HPLV gun. i practiced on a few panels and was able to get a full coat on one panel without it kicking in. I would however recommend going to 100L as its almost constantly on when using the impact wrench. Takes no time to fill due to the twin pumps and 3hp motor.

Cheers dude il keep my eye out for a 100l one then.

If anyone knows of anywhere doing a deal on one please let me know.

hi BB i bought one of these a few months ago.

it looks unbranded but when it arrived it is a german Burisch comp, that if you buy them "named" are more money. like johny says go for 90/100 ltr, but sealey and other "big" names seem to be priced a little high (paying for brand) as if you look at a lot of the comps and compare motors and pump heads they are very much the same,

go for 3hp highest you can run on single phase and make sure you get a decent FAD free air delivery as some adds state 8/9/10cfm but that is its's displacement not what it will actually deliver out
