Anyone know a good place to get foam for my bed?

Foam isn't cheap, but you should be able to find some locally via a friendly neighbourhood upholsterer or small furniture shop - if nothing else you'll save on postage costs (might even be able to haggle face to face if you're getting any sort of quantity 8) ).
