anyone know which rivet tool needed for 1/4 light rivets?

Hi all ,

Does anyone know if there is a special name for the rivet tool that is needed for the original type rivets for the opening 1/4 lights . they are the tubular type rivets and i cant find a tool like the one in the pic in the bentley manual online anywhere ..
