9 - looks like a radio blanking plate of some sort. Not a bay one though
10 - rear opening window latches? Again, not sure what from
22 - VW Automatic badge ;) I have rear hatch that had the outline of a badge like this on it.
12 - part of a dress up kit. The large bit goes on the fan and the smaller bit goes on the dyno/alt pulley

For #15 (fuse boxes) I suggest you look for a part number to help identify ;)
 
17 - T25 bumpers and grille and whatnot
18 - Based on the size I reckon the middle one could either be a splitty rear window or maybe a Devon roof light?
19 & 20 - pedal pan/tray for a bay. I think the pre '72 version is longer that that so my guess would be a '72 and on.

I like this game :)
