Wish I could take the credit for the new units but it was a friend of one of my sons that was at a loose end last week

Thank you, I was determined to keep the dormobile layout but with a modern theme, I think I spent longer deciding on colours/ finish than what it has taken so far, still quite a way to go before I can have that celebration drink.....

Really appreciate your comments it makes all the weekends working outside in the cold worthwhile, now got her inside while finishing all the interior . Dropping the dash board and all internal metalwork off to my mates paint shop tomorrow, what a nightmare removing the elevating roof grab handle, ended up having to grind off the retaining bolts. Will further update when I get all the parts back

Just a quick update on progress. Picked up all the metal work from my mates paint shop today, well pleased with it. It's a great feeling when parts start going back into the van.

Keeping the original cooker under passenger seat so had all the pieces painted and table leg

Dash board and gear stick back in

Nice work mate, im liking the unit behind the passenger seat, I really wanted to make one for my bus when I did the refit but ran out of time, job for the future me thinks 8)

Been working in Poland last couple weeks so just catching up with all the news, noticed last post on my resto site and gutted with the last comment until I scrolled down to the bottom, thanks stuif for your appreciation but got to admit you had me going for a few secs

Well I knew that the old engine was on it's last legs but when I had to start digging to find my own oil the decision was made for me, still this new baby should still be going strong when I'm all old and grey(well older and greyer than I am now!!!)

It's in there somewhere
