This is all I can think of at the moment, there are some small faults as well and I will list them as I think of them.
I can have it shipped to the UK with about 8 weeks notice.

1971 Panel Van
2165cc type1 motor

It has just been rebuilt, features,
Late thick back German case, (one of the last replacement german cases). with 8mm head studs
New Engle 110 cam shaft
New Scat lifters,
78mm Bugpack crank light flywheel and german 3 arm clutch
VW stroker rods
94mm 'B' Cima piston and barrells
VW 040 heads with stock valves and mild port job
Solid rockers with swivel feet adjusters
New filter pump, (oil pump)
All new bearings, all standard.
Twin 40mm DRLA Dellorto carbs
Berg Equalizer
Electric fuel pump and regulator
009 dizzy
Big bore heater boxes with a thunderbird exhaust with flange fittings.
Breather system with 4 inlets.
Deep sump
Stock thermostat and flaps.
This engine was built for the street, makes great power is smooth and good on fuel,

External oil cooler with extra filter
Alternator.



Accessories
Exterior.
Chrome bumpers and overiders.(front not fitted)
Deluxe bumper trim (front).
Deluxe trim on air vent.
Complete set of deluxe waistline trim (not fitted)
Chrome nose emblem.
Fog lights front and rear (professionally wired via relay).
Pillar mounted spotlight (professionally wired).
Wind shield on driver’s door.
Safety Star on rear bumper (repro)
Alloy wheels 16” with studs modified to suit.
Adjustable front beam with torsion bar stiffeners
Adjustable rear springplates.

Interior
Later deluxe steering wheel (on later steering shaft)
Metric trip meter speedo
Deluxe dash clock (both speedo and clock are early grey face style)
Extra dash gauges, with spare dash to replace the badly fitted current version.
Underdash tray.
Glove box lid
Dash mounted tacho
Empi shifter
Cabin divider
Jailbars on rear hatch
Side step.

This is a daily driven bus, not a show pony although it shines up nice and pretty.
There is a little rust in the battery tray but not through the quarter panel.
Also a 1mm hole in the driver's floor.
The left rear side is not quite straight from a previous owner repair.
There are a few blemishes in the paint (2pac).
It was painted 4 years ago.

Nothing sad really, I will get straight back into an early after I finish the current project. I was always thinking that I would love to use this as some sort of logoed work vehicle but my work has changed and that is not going to happen now.
Maybe some one else will do it.

PVP is falling down around us. We need to get on a recruiting drive!
 
Good luck Lobus that is a tasty van mate . PVP is losing members big time :shock: 3 panels for sale or sold in three weeks :cry: gutted nevermind i have mine and i am sure the Possie will gain more members very soon :)

PVP is soooooo July - move on guys, unrestored basketcase crossovers with no interior are the way forward!!!!
