AVATOR PICTURE HELP

Hi Folks i would like to put a picture of our van GOOSE on our Avator box? can anyone advise why it will not let me. i will attach the piccie i am trying to submit in my profile cheers

It's too big dude - try it with this one...

Probably best if you save it and upload it to your own photobucket in case I run out of room (or forget I'm hosting it!).
