While reversing at my mate's farm I hit a huge rock (ok, small mountain) and bent my track rod like a banana!

Now whenever I hit a bump on the LHS it the track rod hits the chassis rail.

Question is, do I just straighten it or replace it?

Replace it could be the best £20 or so pounds you spend if it fails

If it has only bent it, then straighten it. Get the gas bottles out and go for it! Mild steel will do this no problems, it's meant for it!. Just let it cool down on its own and there should be no problems.
