hi all,if any of you have read June 2011's Camper&Bus magazine you may have read the "how to" article on repairing a B-pillar.
Photo number 11 shows 3 main panels being the inner B-pillar the Arch infill and the outer B-pillar.
Does anyone have a clue where i can get this outer B-pillar repair as Just Kampers,Alan schofield and heritage don't seem to list it..
all comments and advice appreciated.thanks,jamie.

JK got them bud, just got a pair delivered :) http://www.justkampers.com/shop/b-post-offside-right-j17081.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and http://www.justkampers.com/shop/b-post-nearside-left-j17080.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Jamie - if its only the lower section you need they can be made pretty easily using some welding clamps and a vice.

I guess if you need to go above arch line then you need the whole thing but they are expensive and the quality aint really up to original German as they are Brazilian panels.

I definitely think i'll have a go at making those as i don't need to go above the arch line..
are those 2 larger holes at te bottom a necessity??if so what do they do???
big thanks for the replies so far.jamie

Jamie

The holes are for plastic blanking plugs which were factory fitted on later earlybays (from 69 or 70 model years onwards I think) I'm pretty sure 68s didnt have the holes.
