Baby Dells. Advice if poss.

Got these bad boys off a bloke who was going to
fit them in a Ghia. That never happened and 10 years
later he found em' again....

Question is...will FRD 34B's be ok in a 1641cc? (I appreciate a rejet might be in order)
Second has anybody seen the ali filter raiser thingy on dells before?
All the ones I've found on t'internet don't have them...
They have the swivel for the double carb linkage on.
The carbs came complete with inlet manifolds and all linkages etc.

I had FRD's on a 1641 in a bus and they ran sweeeeeeeet!!

They didn't have the tall filter raiser though. It's just my opinion that the filter raiser may act a little as a velocity stack so jetting will be needed to get then right if they ain't jetted already??

Don't ask what size jets though a mate of mine did them for me.

I've got 34 FRDs to go on my 1641. I got them cos I was told that they would give better power and MPG than the more common Weber ICT. Again I don't know the jet sizes as I bought them pre setup from the states.
