Balboa Bay Bus - is owner on Early bay?

Is the owner of the Balboa Bay Bus on early bay?

Came past it twice today in Durham - wanted to stop and have a chat with the owner, but both times I was going in the other direction.

Annoyingly, the 1st time I saw it was practically at the end of my street, and the 2nd time it was parked up two streets away. When I went back it was gone.

Remember briefly seeing it at Spring Dub earlier in the year, but missed speaking to the guy.
