What does it mean "no cancelling ring"? Does it mean the indicators do not cancell automatically? Or can the steering wheel be modded to do that?

I mean... no canceling ring come with the steering wheel. You need to take the old one out and install it into this 3 spoke s/wheel (pre drilled). So canceling system will work like it used to be.
