The tubes on a split beam are closer together than on a bay, even if you fit the arms you suspension won't be right. You would be better of going for dropped spindles from transporterhaus

its a 72 westy ......so will the swing arms/discs all fit beam if i modify holes cheers

No way. Bay ball joint arms will not fit split bus king pin beams. You'll need to use the split bus trailing arms and spindles.

If you want to use 112 pcd bay discs, hubs and calipers you need to get some 96> brazilian bay spindles with split trailing arms but you'll still need to use 73-79 discs and calipers.

Interesting...

How do they differ from 'normal' bay spindles? Do they not use ball joints or summat? :?

VW went back to using king and link pin on the 1996 Brazil kombi. Maybe something to do with the crap roads in Brazil? King pin is certainly more serviceable than ball joint. The king and link pins + trailing arms they use are the same sizes as 64-67 split bus ones. So you can use these with a king pin beam and still get 112 pcd and stock brake parts.

We stock all this stuff, here's a drop set.
