Will do, as for bits doing they are all little bolt on bits.

Me to I currently posses zero mechanical knoledge so its all chrome and accessories at the moment but i got a couple mauals for idiots on order and a basic set of tools so hopefully be doing some proper jobs soon!

I've got Berg shifter for my bug, and it's best you can get if your racing, but if your standard shifter is working some what OK, no fookin way they are worth that much money, just IMHO. :twisted:

I had a Berg Shifter in my old splitty.......IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!

I got one. I've tried them all now and it is without a doubt the best. Reverse lockout is the best of all as well. Just took delivery of my custom-engraved handle with 'Shane R' on it

how does the 'locking' berg work, (not the reverse button) but the £300+ shifter that has a key lock on the base? do you knock it out of gear and lock it? or stick it in reverse and lock it or what?

i assume the button on the handle is just to stop you accidently going into revererse.
