I started using my van properly,
having brought it at the end of 2008.
I was glad my wife and son enjoyed camping
I went to quite a few shows and loads of good
camping trips.
Have got my van looking pretty much how i want it.
Looking forward to another year of the same.
Oh and got another baby due in the summer :mrgreen:

the year started badly for me due to a certain woman taking me for a fool!

but in Jan i did a mini resto on my van which helped keep me sane through it all,

But my highlight was deffo's SCC out in Norway (thanks mainly to me PB of 16.7 at just over 80mph out of my lil 1776cc) closely followed by EBI 3 in Belgium

Getting my amercian citizenship papers though, San Fransisco here i come

Getting the Westy back on the road after 6 months without an engine

Making up with my best friend of 17 years (we're both 20 atm) after a certain b*tch stirred it bewteen us nearly resulting in what would have been a very nasty fight

Worst bits:

My dad nearly dying after 2 heart attacks in 1 night still can't thank Grazy enough for that night, he knows what i mean

In general the worst being self employed and hit hard by the recession.
The up side to this was spending more time with the family and enjoying two weeks surfing (badly) and relaxing in the bus in Cornwall in the summer.

So many great things for me this year

getting made redundant - couldn't have been timed better
going travelling for 5 months in my bay
getting engaged
becoming an uncle for the first time
successfully converting my home to a buy to let property
(at a time interest rates are so low mortgage paymets of 16p per month!!)
