Normally they are not very aggresive.

We've had a few of these about, found one in the house the other day :shock:

I couldn't imagine living in a country with deadly wildlife, I can wander around any british wood at night and not have to worry about bears, snakes, spiders, cougars e.t.c. - though Badgers do have sharp claws and I reckon squirrels could be vindictive little buggers (they look the type)
Makes me appreciate it more, though stupidly I'm now imaging spiders in my garage are deadly.....and the van's not even been in here - paranoia!
