Bought some new front drum grease caps but they seem to tight to fit ?

I've just bought a set of csp front drums no Aldo bought some new grease caps that fit on the drum centres . I know they are meant to be pretty tight but these new ones just seem way to tight to go on . Has anyone had this issue .I womdered if I should try to use emery paper to sand the inside edge down if it would .?

I couldn't get them on my OE drums at all. I'd look for a second hand pair if I were you.

What is the actual difference between the old and new caps when measured with a vernier?

Cheers guys ,after 3 hours of carful filing and emery cloth I've got them fitting just right .Bit of a mission but every thing always seems to end up that way

Circulate a dremel trough them, worked fine with mine, from new there is no way you can get them fully seated
