Brake light issue

OK, I've checked the obvious - bulbs are OK, fuse is OK and I've changed the brake light switch - but I still haven't got working brake lights.

I've connected to the bike rack electrics and the brake light don't work on that either. All other lights are fine .... So what is so obvious that I've missed it :?:

Try a continuity check for any broken wire maybe?

Possibly the earth fly lead has broken.

Thank you both for those ideas, I'll take another look.

Funny how we take it for granted and probably know that a check should be made before driving off - I always do this when I use the tow bar bike rack - but touch wood since the resto which included re wiring all has been well and it wasn't until I was flashed by a guy behind me on a country lane near home that I knew I had a problem
