Broken terminal on switch.

The 'R' terminal on my hazard light switch has snapped off, so all that remains is the flat square of metal with the little circle in it. Does anyone know how I might be able to fix this? Or does it need a new terminal or a small weld?

Have you tried to solder a replacement part onto what is left? It might not have impact strength but shouold be sufficent to hold a connection.

solder a wire to the remains and fit a male terminal to the wire. Avoids strain on the soldered joint.
