Bumper bracket confusion

The rear bumper on my bus has this fitting which makes me think it's a splitty bumper. Should I buy splitty brackets which match the bumper or earlybay brackets and cut and modify the bumper? (The brackets were originally welded to the bus!!!)

I have been told I have a splitty bumper on mine, with splitty brackets. I will post a pic shortly, it does make the bumper sit lower.

How much modification do splitty bumper irons require in order to fit to an early bay?

Easier to use earlybay bumper irons and just cut the brackets off the bumper, redrill holes. Not a hard job.
