Where can one get a new washer for the fuel cap? Been looking but don't seem to find a place?

Fuel cap gone.

As for the washer I assumed that VW Heritage or somesuch would have one???

Edited to remove sold items.
Now, what are these callipers realistically worth? I wondered about refurbishing them but I have no way of testing them so was not keen o the liability of getting it wrong!
