I know that these are bought on an exchange basis but can anyone tell me if there is a time limit on the exchange?

I'm looking at getting some from cool air for fitting in the spring as the bus is in storage at the moment. If I bought them now would there be a problem in returning the others in say march or am I best waiting a little longer ?

Also, dies anyone know, are the old units returned direct to cool air as they've taken the deposit or do they gave to be returned to transporterhause which concerns me a little more given some if the threads regarding response times etc !

I'd guess you pay a deposit which gets refunded when you send back the old ones, or not.

Give em a call :)

You would be better off waiting till you need them, if you have problem with them in 6 month time when you fit them they may not be willing to sort things out.

It would be better to take yours off and send them when you need them, it also helps them out with another set to build.

I used to build loads of dropped spindles for ssvc members, i took a deposits an every set but some people decided that they needed to keep mine as well as theirs. The down side to this was i could only build them if i was sent a set.

Cheers, that's what I was wondering. The only thing I wasn't sure about was with cool air selling them but for transporterhause.

If you buy them from Cool Air then your transaction is with Cool Air not transporterhaus so you return the spindles to them.

Cheers graham, at least that's reassuring given some if the issues with contact with transporterhaus.

It was a while ago but I bought mine from Cool Air. I took more than 6 months to return my exchange units and all I did was call them back up and they arranged a courier to pick 'em up and deducted the cost from my deposit. Great service.
