Hi,
Whilst rounding up all the bits for our 71 I noticed that the mirrors for the cab doors were a slightly different size & profile to each other.
After a quick inspection it turns out one is stamped "Hagus" (on the back of the mirror - and "made in germany" on the inside of the thread mount) and the other is VW (marked on the inner face of the thread mount).
Both mirrors look the same age/condition to me, so I was wondering are both these mirrors standard. i.e. should one be a different size to the other, or is the "Hagus" just a very good repro?
