Hi all i am going to change both door rubbers (full set) is this a hard job any special tools needed, just looking at a full set which come in at around £62 vw heritage.Just need to know if theres any difficult bits as i only have normal tools many thx Rowan...

I just did both of mine mate

All i can say is if they dont fit perfectly at first dont stress about it to much apparently it takes a while to get them flat again and the door to shut flush!

I did one side and it worked perfectly but couldnt get the other to bloody shut! Ended up ripping it out!

Have a search for the old thread mate everything you need to know on that!

just circlip pinchers a punch and a hammer to remove the pin from the door stay, unless you cut the seal and glue it back together!
