Did i read on here that there was someone who could do this (or am i going mad?)?

I had mine done by Tacho Thomas in Germany which is probably where you have seen it on here.
Cost about £60 and took less than a month door to door.
Reads pretty accurate too, way better than before.
 
Are you talking about kph to mph of just calibrating so that they are more accurate?

If the later I got my ghia one done by speedycables.co.uk, you can take various measurements as per their website and then they make a geared adjuster that fits inline with the cable. Mine reads spot on now.
 
I found a KPH trip meter at a show a few years back.
Stripped it and mixed it with my standard MPH non trip speedo :mrgreen:
Its come out ok but with speed cameras on every corner id like it sharpened up a little.
