Can any clubs help me with a remote valuation please?! Desperate!

I'm in Spain and all of the insurance companies are requesting a valuation before insuring. I'm stuck without insurance until i can provide one and this worries me as the van is in for repair with a mechanic I've never used before! (long story!)

The insurance company have simply requested a letter headed valuation from a VW club - it doesn't even need to be in spain so a UK club would work. Can anyone help me out please? Im trying to value at 20, 000 euros which i think is fair as my van has undergone a full resto.

I would be eternally grateful if anyone can help me out and help me to get my van insured!!
