Can someone help me .I need a thread adapter supplied or made with a 1/4" BSP male thread and a 7/16" jic female thread .like the one in the picture that I managed to break tonight 
.I hardly tightened the male end into the collar but as the thread wall was thin due to the female internal thread being tapped out to 7/16 it ripped the thread from the base as you can see.So I need another one .
It doesn't need to be exactly the same as long as one end is a female 7/16-20 jic thread and the other is 1/4" bsp .
Need it asap if anyone can help please let me know .
