Carbs Set Up

Just ordered a set of twin Dellorto carbs and seen as i'm a mechanical moron i was wondering if anyone knows of any good VW garages in the Notts area that i could use to have these set up?

Get whoever sets them up to talk you through it, and ask questions.
That way next time you need to do it you can do it yourself.
I got my mate to talk methrough doing mine, and it's actually pretty simple when you know what you're looking at.

my mate at work did his but he took his whole engine out to do it something i'm not to keen on doing!

i'll give the guy from johnsons a try and make sure i ask lots of questions!
