Cargo door handle - out, while door is locked!!

Hi,
My cargo door handle has a broken key barrel...the whole keyhole is wrecked. + The door is locked.
I just bought a new barrel for the handle. Is there a way to get the handle out with the door locked?

Same situation is with the rear hatch door.

yeah but the whole assembly will need to be removed.....

or as you say the barrel is damaged you drill it out being carefull not to damage the handle you just need to drill out enough to shred the brass wafers so they drop
