Cheapest way to get some thing shipped from US

Found a few parts in the US that i really want (but dont need) for me van.

Anyone know the cheapest way to ship stuff back over here?

Currently being quoted more than the part costs to ship it here.

ship it in the bus, but make sure they are on the shipping note at XXX value
