I've got the empi chrome dress up kit, got to the generator and have a problem.
I've taken the fan off, undone the two 10mm. There are three sections the front which I was thinking I would swap for the chrome bit, a small ring with two holes for the 10mm's and a backing plate.
The front plate fits on and the centre is tight to the ring and that is tight to the backing. When I replace the front plate with the chrome one there is a gap of 15mm or so, is it the wrong bit? It doesn't go in enough?
Can't find anything about fitting this stuff.
