i need to clean up some of the interior bits, be interested to hear what people use.

specifically the following needs cleaning:

speedo gauges etc surround
dash rail
headlining (a few grubby/oily prints)

but i'd be interested in what else you use too.

I've used armourall protectant for black bits - cleans well, looks good for a day, then someone puts their sticky little fingers on it and it looks pants! Use rainex foaming glass cleaner for the gauge glass and this comes up very well

Luckily I have a large abundance of wet wipes - would suggest not using scented ones - as van reminded me of baby ***** everytime I got in it for the last week

I have a old bottle of liquid soda crystals, that does a good job of the textured plastic parts, like the cover on the hinge for the sliding door - would probably do the sunvisors well i reckon.?

Liquid sugasoap is pretty good

Definitely the best for discoloured and filthy vinyl etc. I used this for some ancient splitscreen interior panels and it transformed them into something like new! Very good for filthy rubber floor mats as well.

G101, a kind of detergent liquid. Get friendly with a valetor (not too friendly..but just like sociable) and they should give you a small amount. Most valetors order stuff from trafalgar. Google it.
