Just purchased a Cobb Grill and I know there are a number of you that have one - so, does anyone have any favourite recipes they would like to share? :msn4:

Not really. I bought one and have been using it lately. So far I have cooked a joint of pork, baked potatoes, curry, breakfast, used it as a BBQ, used it as a heater (don't ask!) In fact they are brilliant and I haven't need anything else since.

Skys the limit.

We love the Cobb oven, was tricky getting official fuel last year but seems to be available again. Great for cooking and hardly any ash to clean up afterwards (from the fuel that is, often some from my food after a few beers).

We've done Curry's/Paella/Pizza, look forward to scampi and oven chips at some point.

We like really thin based pizza's, for this we use tortilla's covered in tomata passata and cheese .. works a treat :)

We will be doing popcorn this summer, we've done this previously on a campfire with two sieves wired together, with the cobb we'll just use a pan I guess .. for my recipe I use a large stick to chase off any kids attracted by familiar popping sound.
