Is it right that you must use commercial tyres on a bus?

I don't think you can say you must but check the load ratings on them, buses weigh less than most modern people carriers so look at what tyres they run, if you don't run commercial try and find 'reinforced' ones with a stronger sidewall. These are what most modern 7 seaters use.

And what load rating should I be using?

depends on axle weight. a westy pop top is just over 1000kg front axle - so you need a load rating of 500kg or more.

the lower the load rating the more the sidewall will flex.

And what load rating should I be using?

Have a look on your chassis plate behind the right hand cab seat, it'll tell you the axle weights.
