Evening folks,
I'm crackin' on building up a 'stockish' Type 1 engine and I was just wondering what sort of compression ratio I should be aiming to achieve.
I'm only asking cos I'm led to believe that the higher the ratio, the higher the operating temp and cos the engine will be in my bus I don't really want to be creating a 'hot' engine.
I'm just doing the usual checks of deck height and capacity of the heads although having said that I can't do the heads cos they're still being worked by GAC motorsport
Any views?
