you normally get a couple of inserts for different size sparkplugs.
i wouldnt bother with the "push on " type as it may be a little dangerous in a bay engine bay.
machine mart did a fairly good one for around £20

Got mine from a local motor factors for about £17, it has adaptors supplied to screw into different size spark plug holes, can be hard work trying to screw them in as the whole thing has to turn (be careful not to leave the adaptor in the head when unscrewing).
