I used autoglym rubber and vinyl cleaner on mine just lubricated the step rubber enough to help the tabs locate. Then cleaned up really well. It also help get the shipping wax off the steps as well.

if you want to slag a business off take it up with them, not openly kangaroo court style on this forum. You do know that 'we', (the forum owners) are personally responsible for what YOU post, whether its true or not, and im not dealing with any more solicitors, thank you very much.
