Just borrowed a dehumidifier and ran for 4 hours inside the van. Despite putting rice etc in the van to adsorb the moisture during these damp months, the container was half full of water! Worth investing in one i reckon.
Also, any pipe smokers out there? I was a pipe 'virgin' until Xmas eve and now i want one! Any recommendations on which pipe/tobacco etc?

my father used to smoke a pipe and i used to get the tobbaco of a company on the net. you could get rum bourben vanilla etc. just google pipe tobacco.

Have you got any holes, windows open, door rubbers missing, etc?
That'll fill the dehumidifier up as you're pulling moisture rich air in from outside the van.

Good point sparkywig. I guess i had the lead going through the side window but that wasn't closed tight. All i know is that even with the van covered it feels damp when i get in and there is black mould growing in small patches.
