Decent insurance companies for a 24yr old

Right here's the deal.
My van needs insurance so I can register it

Money is tight so I need a decent,cheap insurance cover for a 24 year old male driver,been driving 6 years,no claims or accidents,3 years no claims bonus.

Also is anyone covered just 3rd party?

I was 23 now 24 when flux insured me, I only had 1 NCB as its a second car, at fault and non fault claim and it would have been sub 500quid had I not taken the optional extras out.
