It looks like a clock, its working and its all there.
Dont think i will be offering £250 Matt. Date stamped 67 makes it a nice find for the real Early pervs.
Im not posting a photo as i didnt take one..........i didnt need to i saw it in the flesh.
Its not NOS but its as good as a 44 year old clock can be.

Depends on the condition, but they are rarish. Here's mine, its NOS and cost quite a bit...

I guess £180 -250 for an average to good one? Depends what people are willing to pay. Does yours work? They are relatively simple to fix. There is a cracking thread on the samba which shows how to get the buggers working.

What do these go for these days. Found a 67 stamped one but dont want to offer too much.

Its not box freash like yours mate, thats porn..................but its got the glass, the knob and it works.
Not to mention it being a 67 stamped clock.

Well that's all you need. As long at it works they clean up easily and you can always change the glass if scratched. Thinking about it, even the Americans sell them for $5-600 a piece.

Really??

I never thought they were that rare to cost that much, very desirable yes but still quite plentiful.

On here maybe £120-150, stick it on ebay with the common 'rare' 'never seen another' etc tag lines £200 maybe?

I have a 67 clock in my 72 and it had no premium when I bought it.

Thanks, but it's no good in the box, it will be in the bus for the spring, and hopefully I will keep by balls providing the wife does not find the receipt

Thats because youve got a 72. Some people like to keep things matching

It matched my 67 which I bought it for ....

Now it lives in my 72, but that wasn't my point.

Apologies for not giving the sycophantic answer you were obviously after.

Wow now theres a word you dont here every day.

I wasnt looking to win favour from influencial people, i was just asking what was the going rate for a clock.

Maybe youve got your words mixed up.

Offer a ton, pay 120 tops I reckon. But paying that you're unlikely to make anything on it by reselling.

recently bought one of the samba with cracked glass not working for £70 delivered from the USA, took the glass out my blanking plate and drilled a hole with a tile drill, new spring and hey presto it works
