Hi all, i was wondering if anyone can recomend anywhere to get deluxe window rubbers from (the ones with the plastic insert). Ive seen a number of places advertising them but there is a big difference in price, does this mean a big difference in quality as well? for example the cheapest ive seen is JK. Ive heard horror stories of bad quality rubbers, i dont want the buy cheap ones only to have to replace them in a few months, but i also dont want to pay more than i need too aswell.

cheers all, Luke :)

I'm interested in the same thing bud! - although I want to keep my OG trim - I've been looking at the "Status VW" kits, status usually sell good stuff. I've also been looking for WestCoastMetric - again usually good and don't perish so I'm told...

But I'd like some feedback from peeps who have already fitted them!

Status or Custom and Commercial, all good stuff.

I've got the deluxe stuff and have just priced up a set of new aluminium window trim, it's dirt cheap in the states at approx $12s a piece but shipping would be $182s

i think im gonna go with status, theres is £90 more than justkampers, but its adverised as genuine vw...not gonna take the risk of leaking windows in my freshly restored bus!

I went upto Status VW on Saturday morning. Barclay was a pure gent as he came in & opened up especially so I could collect my seals & fit them over the weekend. Staus get my vote, all the seals fit no problem..
