Differences between westy interiors

One question of interest. I've noticed that most of the early bays, 68-71 I reckon, have a lighter "wood pattern" than those of 72-74, where the layout of the interior was the same. I just want that fact confirmed, that the break-point of the lighter-to-darker wood pattern was by the year model switch 71 to 72.

The 73 interior has, as far I'm concerned, a OYO clothing on the seats in the "same" custard yellow as the earlier vinyl seats. Is that true? Or is it kept along the 74 model as well, before they rearranged totally with the larger pop-top.

most u.s. models seem to have the light veneer and european models the dark - this is now however not a hard and fast rule as i think either shade was available by order.
