 Damn I'm glad the forum is back online, going cold turkey like this ain't healthy!

Hi,

Just asking cause I know of a pair in good condition for little money.

Knowing that it is also VAG group, I was wondering if the seat rails are compatible with an early bay?

If anyone knows pleas let me know.

If any adjustment is necesarry, I'd like to know...

Thank you guys!

Ive fitted 944 seats in mine...no a direct fit, had to drill new mounting holes for the Porsche runners but easy and only took an hour or so

cheers

Sorry fo rthe delay in answering..

I've lost my digi camera so cant supply any pics, but even with a camera there's not much to see as the mountings are all under the seat base...just line it all up and fire some holes through.

I swapped the seats over i.e passenger side on drivers side cuz the tilt lever was in the way of the seatbelt and its easier to get to the adjust knob at the bottom for the back adjustment ....just personal prefeence

cheers

yes if you bolt then to some iron, heres mine

we bolted it some iron, then bolted the runners to that from memory

Like the others have said, they do fit but you'll have to get your drill out...

I think they're a great addition to a bus although the seat base is fairly thick so might not suit those with short legs (like my wife, for example!) - mine are beige vinyl with the funky checked 'Pasha' pattern - very 1970's 8) 8)

;)
