Does this look right?

Was looking at the base of the steering column and noticed the hole and was wondering whether there should be a bolt or clip or something here?

Just checked mine and I have the same hole, nothing in it.

Might be there as a hole to lubricate the bottom of the column? Only other thing I can think of is to put something in it to lock the column for removing the steering wheel

I had a closer look and there are three holes spaced out equally and a rubber seal that goes over it. I got the workshop manual out and it doesn't show or mention anything else.. must just be the way they are?
